Description

The second website I designed for the Mining Company of the Pacific (CMP), was to serve as a tool to communicate information and publish courses for the development and wellbeing of workers and the community. The website focuses on intuitive design principles, with a comprehensive homepage featuring easy navigation elements and a colorful aesthetic.

PROBLEM STATEMENT

 

Currently, CMP uses Facebook pages to communicate news and courses. There is one Facebook per location, creating misalignment between accounts. Thus making the company seems unprofessional by not having a centralized place for all. 

 

OPPORTUNITY

 

To create a learning platform. 

 

GOAL

 

The objective is to reflect an environment of wellbeing through a website showcasing cultural events, family support, entrepreneurship, tutorials, and classes. 

 

DISCOVERY AND IDEATION

To thoroughly explore the problem space, gather insights from stakeholders, and generate creative solutions. This phase will involve stakeholders only, brainstorming sessions, and concept development to identify key features and functionalities

MY ROLE

 

Responsible for understanding the needs, behaviors, and preferences of the stakeholders to create a first mockup.
